By registering on Jobmela (as a job seeker or employer), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
For Job Seekers
- You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications.
- You must not impersonate, misrepresent, or upload fraudulent documents.
- You agree not to pay money to any third-party claiming to represent Jobmela.
- You acknowledge that job opportunities depend on employers’ decisions, not Jobmela’s.
For Indian Companies
- Job postings must comply with Indian labor laws, including minimum wage, equal opportunity, and fair recruitment practices.
- Employers must not post misleading, illegal, or discriminatory job listings.
- Employers are responsible for verifying candidate details before hiring.
- Any misuse of candidate data will result in termination of services and possible legal action.
For International Companies
- Employers must comply with labor and employment laws of their respective countries.
- Employers are responsible for visas, work permits, and legal clearances for international hiring.
- Jobmela does not guarantee visa processing, relocation support, or legal compliance unless agreed separately.
Payment & Subscriptions
- Employers may subscribe to premium plans for advanced hiring tools.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Job seekers are not required to pay for basic job search services.
Prohibited Activities
- Posting offensive, illegal, or false content.
- Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
- Misusing candidate/employer information for personal or commercial gain.
Intellectual Property
All content on Jobmela (logos, designs, databases, job listings, etc.) is owned by Jobmela. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.
- Failure to comply with employer/employee obligations.
Governing Law
- For Indian companies & job seekers: Governed by Indian Laws under Hyderabad jurisdiction.
- For International companies: Governed by respective country laws and subject to Indian laws where applicable.
