HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Partnerships & Recruitment

Role Objective:

The HRBP will act as a strategic partner between Jobmela and companies (Indian & International). The role involves connecting with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, and Business Leaders of organisations, building trust, and ensuring their job openings are shared with Jobmela.live for smooth recruitment support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with HR leaders & decision-makers in companies across IT & Non-IT sectors.
  • Build strong partnerships and ensure companies share their job openings with Jobmela.
  • Drive monthly target of connecting with 20+ MNCs and onboarding them onto the Jobmela platform.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and discussions with companies to explain Jobmela’s recruitment solutions (online + Jobmela Events).
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure quality candidate shortlisting for partner companies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat job postings and long-term business engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to enhance Jobmela’s reach in the HR market.


Target & KPIs:

  • Onboard 20 MNCs per month (minimum).
  • Increase job postings and recruitment partnerships across multiple industries.
  • Achieve high satisfaction rate with partner companies.


Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹50,000 per month (₹6,00,000 per annum) + Attractive Incentives based on performance and business targets.
📌 Performance-based incentives for exceeding MNC onboarding and partnership goals.


Skills & Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • 5+ years of HR/BD/Recruitment partnership experience.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build corporate partnerships and meet business targets.
  • Experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment preferred.
